Alarm itself is good. Easy to use. I particularly like all the options to be able to set and unset the alarm. I would like the remote keypad to have set / unset indications. Also, app freezes into offline. This can be remedied by closing all open apps. Solar siren rear tamper switch very sensitive. Overall impressions are good. A couple of improvements would make it very good.

The app seems perfectly functional, and I'm happy with my experience so far. I've installed all of my sensors and the app worked perfectly. Armed the alarm this morning (first day using it) and got an alert that one of the door sensors had triggered the tamper alarm - turns out I didn't stick it on properly. I think this app currently has such a low score due to some issues with an update a few months back. It would seem these have been fixed, but the users haven't updated their reviews yet.

The app is an absolute joke .the alarm is ok but have had many problems with the siren. My advice is to stay clear of it. I wished I had not purchased the system to be honest, but you learn from your experiences

DON'T BUY THIS ALARM! Absolute rubbish, I paid £450 for this alarm which actually is very good, but this app is not fit for purpose. Every time I enter the app the hub is "offline", so you have to go into the phone settings and force stop it to get it to work. Should have read the reviews before I bought it, looks like this problem has been around since 2018 and nothing has been done to fix it, sort it out ERA! You can have mine back!!

As others have said good alarm, but the app is terrible. The latest update has removed all settings, you can't even add or remove decives anymore. Disabled arm/disarm notifications however they still randomly come through.
