I have had the door cam for about 8 months now the installation and setup were not as straightforward as they could have been but got there in the end, I find that overall the door cam is quite good but for a couple of niggles firstly I have it installed in a flat so viewing into a communal hallway the night vision doesn't know if lts coming or going sometimes not at all almost black screen and my main gripe is whenever I view video on my phone it freezes it and have to restart every time.

First you must wire the buzzer outside the door. I used cable from Screw fix and 12v adapter from Sainsbury’s with 330mAh. Then, connect your mobile phone to the doorbell (the main button with the camera on that you fit outside the door). Afterward, you go back and connect to your Wi-Fi and register the doorbell from the settings on the app. The last thing needed is to register the actual bell (the loudspeaker plugged indoors in the mains). This is done through the app because the main button/camera will NOT automatically find the Wi-Fi bell. You must adjust the image quality to maximum setting as it is absolutely rubbish on minimum. Overall, a good quality item

Started recording every event as expected, then started recording now and again, now hasn't recorded for a month. Tried rebooting the door cam. No change. Not an app issue but the chimes are constantly losing Wi-Fi connection too.

Nothing but trouble with app permission on one phone not answering door cam unless app open on Android 11 or bad pictures on another device

Dreadful. Long time to register and right at the end when I was emailed the verification code which I couldn't access without leaving the app site. So I tried again and still unable to register.
