Useful info but sales info can be very outdated. No private sales, these aren't shown unfortunately, just agents who share info like sale prices, but lots don't etc. Shame part of the market is not covered. Missed opportunities and business. I sold private and up 30% on GV. I can't even volunteer info to Homes. So not true information but good as just research. But these days more info on market would help. Lacking this, unfortunately.

The app keeps crashing everything you scroll down when you're looking at a property

Huge bug when trying to watch list/save properties. App keeps refreshing over and over again. Also, when trying to sign in, the app just keeps opening and closing Chrome for some reason, like it's trying to sign me in but crashes last second. App is useless to me since saving properties is a must. I was hopeful as I really do enjoy using the browser version, so I decided to give the app a go. If you guys are looking for a good app, 'Real estate' is another hidden gem.
