It is hard to connect all devices. I have had my Honiture for a while and love it. We were out of town and turned it off so that it would not set the house alarm off. I am now trying to reset it, and it is difficult. Don't understand why? I sure hope I can connect it, so I can use it again. If you can help, I would appreciate it.

So far it's working. It took a while to figure out the first time you use. Need to let the vacuum go auto for the entire house. The. You can do room stuff. MAKE sure to save your map. Some, including me, have lost their active map. But I was able to recover it from the saved maps. Some features don't seem to work and doesn't seem to be getting any updates for a while.

When it works, it's great. However, it seems to forget the map and need to remap ALL THE TIME. Every time I set up the room partitions, next time it wants to remap. Didn't run it for 3 days or so? Remap. Random no reason or logic at all. Remap. It drives me insane. Update the app so it stops doing this! Even worse, once it maps, if something was in the way during the mapping process, it forever skips that area and never cleans it (i.e. - dog, random item, piece of furniture you move...)

Run this app on Samsung S23 with Android 14. I'm not able to map rooms. Always starts up in random cleaning mode. I can't get the Smart mode to run. Seems like this is a waste of battery life.

Not able to connect to vacuum re Wi-Fi. I do not have enough computer skills. Have contacted help line.....hope they can walk ne through it
