Excellent!! I had already completed a couple of days of my workout, but because of Ramadan, I couldn't continue. So, today I planned to start over and when they opened the Unstoppable site, it recommended me to download the app. It's so well-designed and developed. 1000x more convenient than the site. My experience is great so far!! I was very hesitant about getting the app due to the poor reviews, but I got it anyway, and I am so very pleased!! I started by ordering the detox which was amazing for me!! I also recently purchased the leaner legs program and am in day 2, they are killer workouts and never have an issue with freezing videos. Is the program accessible to me forever or is it just the 28 days they can see the videos? I'm a little confused? Please help with some clarification :)

Like many others during the pandemic, I signed up for a workout program. However, I did not enjoy it. As time went by, one would forget they signed up for subscription, so I went into the App & saw there was no active subscription so thought I was in the clear for any future charges. To my surprise, I got charged, so I reached out. They told me I signed up via web, so I can't manage my subscription on app. How hard is it for you to put disclaimer in the app? They also charged my expired cc somehow.

Bought the access for the app a couple of months ago when it was still called Pink Dragon and finally moved into a space where I have room to use it for workouts. I'm able to full screen the videos but the workouts are worthless if the videos lag and don't start unless I spam pause and start over and over! No point following along with the program timers if the videos don't even load right! And it's not my internet signal. I work out right next to my internet box, and I've tried using my data.
