From all scooter borrowing services I've used, Hoppy is the best one. Even though not perfect yet, it excels on multiple levels. Their pricing is perfectly reasonable, and the scooters are always in great shape. My favorite thing about them has to be that they boost up to 25 km/h on straights! I wish however the range would extend into Mechelen-Noord. This way my commute could be more comfortable. Maybe some day...? Without a doubt an example to the other companies!

I'm getting an error on Pixel 7 pro when launching the app. There's a modal window saying "something went wrong" and that's it. Please fix this, as it's rendering the service completely unusable.

It takes like 3 minutes every time to stop the ride, keeps loading, I keep closing the app to retry, and yes it was in the effing parking zone. Absolutely awful, waste of time, build a better app please.

Just wasted €7 on a scooter that took me about 3 km. 1 km I had to scoot with my foot to get anywhere near back to home. It started off ok then quickly started to fail. No indication to say battery was low/empty. The app seems to stall when you try to complain. Poor interface, boxes you are trying to enter details into are obscured. JUST HAD EMAIL REPLY THAT MORE OR LESS SAYS F.KOFF. I replied." Then you are devious because it was not obvious and the need to look was not indicated in your startup
