Installed the app but can't log in. App says "We're currently having temporary issues with our digital services, but are working quickly to sort them out". Called customer support. First time they said there are no issues, and that I must uninstall and reinstall. No change. I called customer support again, and they said there IS a problem with the app, and I must try again 'after a while'. It's been days now.

For over 8 months this app has not worked. Every time I log in it flashes unexpected error. I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, delected data and cache, my phone has android15. This app is completely useless and Host plus should remove it.

Horrible login issues when you register for a new account. The same password that created an account doesn't work, and you cannot reset the password. Looks like I have gone back ages. Lost more than a week, have not been able to log in, despite reaching out to Customer care/contact by email
