The app, is great, just 1 issue, I have with the app, is there's still a balance in my Superannuation account. 3 years ago I lost my phone, 2022, when travelling, to another Country, which was connected to, my original accounts, I would like to withdraw the full balance, from my Superannuation, I have retried, and stopped working. Trying to log in overseas but neither password nor biometric login works on the app or the website because both require me to enter a code texted to my Australian number (which I cannot receive while overseas). No option to verify by email or just log in using the pin/password/biometrics I've already set up. No chat option for assistance, have to make an international phone call for help. What's the point in having a pin, password and biometrics if I can't log in without texting and calling??

Terrible app support My device constantly has to be trusted again and again. I have contacted support through the app countless times, they are completely useless.

I like their products. Unfortunately the app keeps forgetting my device. I then need to do 2fa even though I have previously set the device to be a trusted device. I appreciate the need for security, but this seems too involved just to get an account balance.
