I'll call it a good start. The app does a basic-level control of my Envoy and the freshwater salt system. My disappointment is that there is no consideration or option to also monitor other parameters besides salt production. If a customer spends the extra $500 on the Smart Monitoring System, that one would be able to also monitor chlorine, pH, and the condition of the sensor and cartridge from the app, just as you can from the spa's control panel atop the spa itself. Perhaps a future version?

App doesn't work. Paid an hourly hot spring tech to get this working with my spa, and couldn't. So much wasted money on this spa Wi-Fi connection kit is $500 plus all the labor. Super frustrating to even have to require hiring a tech. I couldn't even update my hot springs spa firmware on my own. Build better software hot springs, that I can self serve!

Pretty useless. Was able to connect when I first got it a year ago. Stopped looking or caring, and it seems the last time the app was connected was 190 days ago. Even when it worked, I could control temp (sometimes) and turn it on always but only off 50% of the time and turn all the lights on and off but not individually or change colors. Good thing the hot tub itself makes up for it

Doesn't reconnect unless you turn it on and off. Which then resets the clock which cancels the auto clean cycle. Poor interface for setting temp which you can't do anyway unless a power outage resets the device. A useless app.

I am having an issue where you change information on the remote itself, but it never updates the app. I can send to the remote from this app and the remote will get the updated information but if I update on the remote this updated information won't reflect in the app. Tech support is giving me the run around. I would advise you check to make sure yours is working as it should.
