The only bus service needed to get to a hotel near Heathrow. Wonderful product and reliable service with great staff.thank you

★☆☆☆☆ Doug Sopp · Apr 1, 2023

The only thing good I can say about this app is that when I used it to try to get to my hotel at Heathrow, it gave me the times of the TfL bus services, which are far, far cheaper than the Hoppa buses! The Hoppa should cost £10 one way (2 adults + 2 kids), while the TfL bus was only £1.75 per adult.

★★☆☆☆ Brian Skruch · Mar 22, 2025

Don't bother with the app, and don't buy ticket in advance. Schedule in app does not match website. We bought ticket based on web Schedule, but app did not show a bus. So we abandoned and walked from hotel and took Underground instead. (That was fine). If you use the bus, pay driver instead when you are absolutely sure. The app did show us the other train and bus options, so that was useful information.
