App is really good, Improving day by day. Only one missing thing in the app is option to process payment online via net banking and upi as its easy to process cashless payments. Also, if possible try to reserve a table option in app so that customers don't need to wait while they reach hotel with family to enjoy their food.

They do serve good food, but we had a very bad experience on 22nd July 2021 Birthday occasion of my niece they served 2-VEG Manchurian instead of 2-PANNER Manchurian, and we informed the order-taker also the delivery boy everyone, but it was all in vain, it seemed they all knew it but no response After a few days we paid a visit to the Suruchi even then they all could recollect the day & we have shown the receipt copy also but All we could understand that they just want to ignore all that VERY POOR

We had a very BAD experience on our daughter birthday in 22nd July and this was a not first time it was a repeat mistake of serving a veg manchurian instead of paneer manchurian VERY POOR that inspire we can see that they know their mistake but NO response. Real BAD
