Few bugs that need to be worked out, but is good app. It looks like devs are working on it. It takes time to develop anything good. Pros: 💎 No access issues-able to get in door & workout! 💎 Athletic watch sync - After a frustrating 1st connect issue, now sync 💯 💎 Class booking- 💯 cons: 👎 when going over midnight, calories count wrong. Algorithm wiped out over 2000 calories, resetting me to almost 0. 👎 level 1 achieved never highlights. 😑 👎 need more & updated app help/instruction

I am really frustrated after the new update because I can't use my features or access my hamburger menu to utilize DietTrax, FX Workout, and other essential tools. This has severely impacted my workout training, and I feel like I'm not getting the full benefits of the app. I need this issue addressed quickly, so I can get back on track. Thank you for your attention to this matter. UPDATE: The hamburger menu and door opener selections are now accessible and not stretched. Thank you! 25/24/09

This app worked perfectly for one week. Now it is useless. I can no longer schedule sessions or use it to enter the location. I've been informed a support ticket will be submitted to solve this issue. Great news! The issue is resolved and my app is working perfectly again. I had my phone number changed and that is when the app stopped working. Had the number returned to the one I used at enrollment and it's working again! I did require staff assistance to get this done. I could not do it myself.

Latest version of the app has the menu items in the top bar of the screen making it nearly unusable and certain functions are not usable (checking into the door). Please fix ASAP!

Started membership 3 days. Can only book and cancel classes. I can't open the door with it at all. Crashes all the time. Horrible.

Buggy as hell. Half the time it won't load, so I can't track workouts properly, and it doesn't track calories well compared to my Fitbit. And connecting to Fitbit is a whole separate battle. The diet Trax is ok, but I wish it would let me adjust my planned macros. Only good for scheduling sessions in advance and tracking calories.
