Thanks to Leonardo Miliani for this amazing app. It is minimalistic, but very effective. The best point from this application is the respect about our privacy. The application do not require your phone ID or your contacts, location or other permissions. I would like to suggest the possibility to add other ringtones on the app, other than that for me is perfect. I can consider this app a FOSS one. Thank you again.

The one and only hourly chime app that works on Android 14. You need to disable battery optimization and lock this app. It works!
