HourTab: Work Hours Tracker

Track your work hours in a weekly time card that saves as you type — an hours tracker and time card calculator with breaks, overtime and night shifts done right.

HourTab is a work hours tracker for people paid by the hour. It adds up your week the way your paycheck should: In, Out and unpaid break for each day, a total in hours and minutes (8:30) and in decimal hours (8.50), regular hours, overtime and your estimated gross pay.

Free for 7 days, then a one-time purchase. No subscription, no ads.

WHAT YOU GET
✓ A weekly time card. Type 830 for 8:30, tap AM or PM, and every change saves as you type.
✓ Clock in and out with one tap. The clock keeps running even if you close the app, and breaks are not counted as work.
✓ Night shifts done right. A 10:00p to 6:30a shift shows "+1" and counts on the day it started. Split shifts and daylight saving time changes are handled too.
✓ A built-in overtime calculator: weekly overtime after 40 hours, plus daily overtime and double time if you turn them on. You set the limits and the multipliers.
✓ Estimated gross pay from your hourly rate. Got a raise? Pick the week it starts, and earlier weeks keep the old pay.
✓ Every week kept in History with its total, overtime and pay. Tap any week to open it and fix it.
✓ Timesheets to share: a PDF of any week, a CSV of any week, or a CSV of all your shifts.
✓ A work hours calculator tab: time between two times (12:30p to 5p = 4:30 = 4.50 h), add and subtract hours, and convert h:mm to decimal hours.

FAST ON BUSY DAYS
• Usual shifts: after you work the same shift twice, one tap fills an empty day.
• Copy last week's times into an empty week.
• Rounding per job: none, 5, 6 (tenths) or 15 minutes. The times you typed never change.

MORE WHEN YOU NEED IT
• More than one job, each with its own pay, overtime rules, week start and rounding.
• Changed jobs? Start a new one in one step. Your old hours stay in History.
• Pay periods every 2 weeks, twice a month or monthly, with period totals.
• Year totals: hours, overtime and estimated gross pay by month and by job.
• A pay-period timesheet with your employer details and blank lines for signatures.

YOUR HOURS, YOUR COPIES
• Automatic copies on your phone (the last 7).
• An optional copy to a folder you choose, which stays even if you uninstall the app.
• Save a backup file and restore it on a new phone.
• Delete all your data from Settings at any time.

MADE FOR HOURLY WORK
Nurses and caregivers, retail and warehouse staff, cooks, drivers, security guards, cleaners — anyone paid by the hour who wants their own hour tracker for work to check their paycheck. HourTab is your personal time card app, not your employer's time clock: nobody sees your hours unless you share a PDF or CSV.

PRIVATE. NO ACCOUNT. NO ADS.
Your hours stay on your phone. No sign-up, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your hours only leave your phone when you export them, share them or copy them to a folder you choose. The one-time purchase is checked with Google Play.

English and Spanish. Light and dark mode. Respects your phone's text size.

HONEST PRICING
Try everything free for 7 days — no card needed, nothing is charged automatically. After that, one payment of $6.99 keeps HourTab unlocked for life on your Google account, and you can restore it on a new phone. No subscription, no ads. HourTab never deletes your hours: even after the trial you can always export them as CSV or save a backup copy for free.

GOOD TO KNOW
HourTab gives estimates to help you check your pay. It isn't payroll, tax or legal advice — overtime rules vary by state and employer.
