Smidge: ADHD Cleaning App

Can't start cleaning? Smidge is an ADHD cleaning app and decluttering helper that turns the mess you see into tiny 5-minute steps, one at a time. An ADHD chore app without the guilt: free for 7 days, then one single payment of $9.99 to keep it. No subscription, no account, no ads.

Standing in a messy room with no idea where to begin? Tap "I can't start", pick where you are and tap what you see: dishes, clothes, trash, papers, stuff on the floor. Smidge shows you one small step and a timer. Do it, tap Done, and the next one appears. Stop whenever you want. It still counts.

WHAT YOU GET
✓ "I can't start": pick a space, tap what you see and how much energy you have, and get 3 to 6 small steps, starting with what's most visible.
✓ One step at a time. Too big? Tap "Make it smaller". Not now? "Skip for now".
✓ A cleaning timer of 5, 10 or 15 minutes that shows when it ends ("until 4:32 PM") and can keep the screen on. Optional sound when time's up.
✓ Guests coming? Pick 15, 30 or 60 minutes and the spaces they'll see, and get a plan that fits the time, with a countdown.
✓ Declutter a spot: decide one thing at a time (keep, donate or toss) with a timer and undo. Not sure? Put it in the Maybe box and check back in 30 days. Things to donate or sell go on a Take-out list.
✓ Short routines on the days you pick, like an evening reset or a laundry loop: a simple cleaning schedule you can check off by hand or run step by step.
✓ Park a thought: a side task pops up mid-step? Jot it down and keep going.
✓ A Done list with your week in steps, minutes and days. Export it as a CSV file.

MADE FOR ADHD BRAINS
Getting started is the hard part, so every screen asks for one thing. Big buttons, short words and a calm look: no pets, no points, no reward store. A house cleaning app that helps you clean your room one small spot at a time. Smidge is a cleaning helper made with ADHD brains in mind, not a medical app.

NO STREAKS. NO GUILT.
Nothing turns red when you skip a day, and routines never pile up as "overdue". Cleaning motivation without the pressure: missing a day is fine, and every smidge counts.
