Hi I've had few disappointments, however, I found regular housekeeper, and I'm very with her services, strictly keeping to schedule, good quality of work, friendly and understanding attitude I found impossible to find any trades persons as this agy has to find them via third party I guess, so it isn't effective at all

If you get a good cleaner, great, but the company allows the cleaner to have ANYONE substitute their clean. I've had daughters, sisters, come without warning. Apparently it's the cleaners' responsibility to make sure they don't have a criminal record.

Unfortunately I need to update my impression about the service. It was usually great, I was fine even with them increasing the prices. But lately, I've got 2 last-minute cancellations in a row. If your housekeeper cancels the very same day of the cleaning, you cannot edit said clean, nor cancel, you can only hope they will find a replacement within few hours (spoiler: they never do) and you're at risk to be charged if you truly need your cleaning that day and thus hire another service. Nightmare

Genuinely terrible. I have had 3 cleans each time a different person. The first person bleached my entire house, broke my toaster by getting it wet inside and poisoned my cat with the bleech and had to take her to the vet. Before I could complain I got an email from housekeep saying she had been removed from to housekeep service so clearly someone else complained, but they still let her clean my House. The 2nd was ok. The 3rd person cleaned the bath with toilet cleaner and stained it blue.
