The descriptions help if you have a difficult time trying to find the right words to describe what you're feeling. That's interesting for a week. Then I kind of forgot about it and the notifications don't help. I stopped paying attention to notifications. Because everyone and everything sends notifications now. That's now just another intrusive annoyance that's lost all utility. The story of everything on these devices.

Useful tool for documenting emotions/events with some coping suggestions built-in, but please be aware that this has AI features. They are completely optional, but the framework is there and that leaves me feeling uneasy because the app is free, so they must be selling us somehow. I have zero respect for AI, and personally believe it has absolutely no place in mental health.

OMG, what happened to the ability to save voice notes, every single one ive made is missing as if it were never recorded even the recent ones made yesterday. This is terrible, and I hope it's a bug and my voice notes return. What is going on FIX THIS?!
