Love this app and the idea of it so much. Been using it for years on iOS but now switched over to Android and the health connect feature just flat out does not work. Does not sync anything like my sleep steps or hydration even though I have all toggles turned on. Quite disappointed. I noticed there is an import button on Apple Health, but there is no such thing on Android

The descriptions help if you have a difficult time trying to find the right words to describe what you're feeling. That's interesting for a week. Then I kind of forgot about it and the notifications don't help. I stopped paying attention to notifications. Because everyone and everything sends notifications now. That's now just another intrusive annoyance that's lost all utility. The story of everything on these devices.

Why do none of the breathing exercises have sound anymore? I used to put them on close my eyes and follow by listening, I can't do that any more instead I have to look at my screen, I don't want that
