I have an issue with this app. We have an issue with the app last week and I uninstall the app and install it again... then I received this error "Device ID Registered Against Your Account Is Not Matching. Please Contact HR Department." Please support as I could not log in again....

I have rejoined my previous organization after 2 years and have had to reinstall this app on my phone. For some reason the app still brings up my old login information. I tried deleting the cache and cleared storage as well from my device before uninstalling. Then after reinstalling the app it still shows the same old log in information and doesn't allow me to delete the old profile.
