★★★★★ I love the Hum. It has great features and lets you know of battery voltage, issues with coolant, and many more features. Plus, peace of mind if you are in an accident, if you don't answer, Hum will send help to where to you and the GPS location. I have been a Dustin's since 2019

★★☆☆☆ They removed the maintenance reminder feature from the app. This was a great feature when dealing with oil changes on fleet vehicles.

★★☆☆☆ The Hum used to work great. It used to show real time movement of the vehicle as it was being driven. Now it will only update the vehicle location every 20 to 30 seconds. This needs to be fixed! That small amount of time can make a huge difference in vehicle location! Get it together Hum!

★★☆☆☆ The boundary alert hasn't allowed me to change it since I first set it. Update 5/25/25 do not buy this device. The people who run hum are scam artist. They will make you buy a new device if you deactivate the current one for any amount of time. My current hum device is the same one on Verizon website. Total scam and not worth the hassle of the price.
