After watching tutorial on how to use the app it was more intuitive than I thought. I love how I can set alarms to keep my daily habit going. Since the update I've had no problems connecting or saving my favorites. I will say I have to remove the back pad to feel any heat.

Reasons for lowering the rating. 1. The app is missing several features of the attached remote. 2. The fact that the app has a favorite is great except that it seems to change random settings every time I try to use it. 3. It loves to sign you out completely at times and then need to reset a password for an account that doesn't seem to exist anywhere and just screams scam (even though that part probably isn't). 4. Why is there a useless virtual assistant and misc achievements?

The app was mostly functional on the Super Nova. However, the app leaves A LOT to be desired for the Super Nova 2.0 For example the Cloud Touch intensity level can be set on Super Nova, on Super Nova 2.0 the feature is nowhere to found. The Human Touch rep also mentioned the app is supposed to have an integrated virtual assistant option for Super Nova 2.0, but again not there.

I was hoping the other reviews would be wrong. The Human Touch chair can give a fantastic massage, but there's no way to save your favorite presets with the on-chair remote. Being able to save presets to a user account and recall them is the only thing I need and care about for the App. Yet the App is so buggy, laggy, and inconsistently connects to my chair that it's worthless to use on a practical basis. Please, Human Touch, listen to all the feedback and give us a usable and worthwhile app!!
