★★★★★ Great app for finding a Primary Care Dr. Or NP in all specialities. You can search by name for someone recommended or by location area, clinic, etc. You can check the eligibility of each member in your family, along with any deductible met. Also, payments can be made through this app.

★★☆☆☆ Can't do anything you'd actually need info on. You can't even log in to your profile. Trying to look at my referrals and it is not possible.

★★☆☆☆ Errors when you click on provider information, how can you get address if it errors out. Tricare treats retirees like dirt. We have spent 20 years defending our country and this is what we get for medical care.

★★☆☆☆ ***UPDATE: Even though provider search has been added it still gets 1 star, because it isn't easy to navigate. I can't check EOB here. Still Useless! This app does nothing for checking messages or anything of use. All it does is let's you make a payment, check eligibility and who your primary care provider is or select a new one. USELESS! just like humana!
