Good for what you need it for. If it's your first time setting up your account as an auth user, you might want to use your laptop. That is the only way I got it to verify.

You log in using ds login once a year. Change a password. It logs you out. You log back in. then you get directed to trocar, and you have to log in again. 3 times to use an app. During that time you need to verify a link in your email. Then they text you a code. Its burdensome just to log in. there are better verification systems out there.

This needs to go back to the drawing board. Login is a nightmare. In this day and age, login should be as simple as fingerprint or pin. Do better Humana!

Very annoying to constantly change passwords just to see my information. Your passwords are only good for 180 days which is frustrating
