A really terrible app I've had to pay £15 to cross the bridge. Feels like theft. The UX is awful. The password requirements are ridiculously limiting. Forced account top up at £10 balance. Is this a joke? Will actively avoid using the bridge as a direct result of this app. I assume the next release will include some AI in the name of progress. The app demands an intrusive level of information to allow you to use a bridge. A worse app than a student would produce for a GCSE level project

Very poorly thought out app and processes. Unable to save password and paste in a password so have to log in to app each time manually. Crossings take days to appear in your account when you do log in to the app. Why do I even need an app to cross a bridge? The Hartford Crossing payment process is so much slicker and easier
