From 10 June 2025, our humm Buy Now Pay Later product is being retired and a new way to humm is being introduced.

Because of this you’ll no longer be able to make any new purchase using your current humm account form midnight 9 June 2025.

Why is humm changing?

We’ve launched a new way to humm, with new features including a bigger limit of up to $50K, a long repayment timeframe of up to 120 months and an all-new app.

Existing humm customers

Your existing humm Buy Now Pay Later product will be re-named to humm Classic.

You will no longer be able to make new purchases using your humm Classic account.

You’ll still be able to pay down any existing purchases through your existing humm Classic app and http://shophumm.com.

Been using humm since it was called certegy and always came in handy when I was in need of something urgent. Allowed me to shop in confidence and easy buying. At some stage it even had bpay which came in handy when bills came in at once. It was upsetting when bpay got removed but overall love this service

Bad customer service, have tried for months to get my account back, I have used these guys since the Alipay days and BAM they switch and become too big for their own good Edit: spoke with their customer support team years ago and got Nowhere! STAY AWAY

Was good until they took away the 2 options of small things and big things. Had trouble when after I purchased something on the big things with no probs then after it was paid went to use again, and they declined me for my working hrs not meeting criteria but it hadn't changed from last purchase and I never missed a payment.

I've used Humm big things once, it was good and easy to use. Try again, and now it won't let me even though I work full time. Go figure. Guess I'll be deleting the app...
