I had an issue when I first used my pro X. It kept slipping down over my hips no matter how I adjusted it. I finally ordered a set of heavy duty (1.5" or 2") suspenders. Now, the Hypershell exo stays in place. The app works well but often needs to be opened twice to connect. Adaptable power settings for eco and hyper modes should be independent.

I have hip and knee issues and don't walk well. I bought the Pro-X version as an assistive device, and I am overwhelmed with the assistant it provides me. I can actually walk normally while wearing the device and with less effort. My wife and I will be going on a trip in the future that will involve a significant amount of walking, and I can already see that the device will enable me to participate fully. I find the app is not very intuitive. The text and the instruction manual are too small. I am trying to adjust the balance between left and right and this is not clear. My left leg is much weaker but the app indicates I am increasing the power on my left leg ??? The shell works well when you finally figure out how to tune it.

Received the device today and was unable to progress past the "eco-mode" step in the tutorial. Four red LEDs are flashing and the device is not functioning properly. Reached out to support online and awaiting a reply.

Not ready for prime time. Leg assist drops out repeatedly during normal stride, causing stumbled steps and makes you look like an idiot. Support keeps asking for a video after I uploaded the logs as if I am supposed to record myself the entire time I am walking in the hope of catching a random issue which a video isn't even going to help diagnose. Excuses excuses excuses.

Can't find any help to set up. Could not find model and serial numbers, couldn't since up with Bluetooth, and it took 2 days to charge a battery. Couldn't cancel order, couldn't get anywhere with this company. So tempted to return but that is massive hassle too. The instructions didn't help with any of the issues. Have it one star because you have to in order to leave a comment. .
