Using this app is so painful. Please provide the facility to link an RFID card, like Charge fox, Evie do, so that you get paid for the charge session & we never need to suffer this appalling app again.

Hands down the worst app I've ever used. Why oh why do they keep making charging more difficult after years of EVs becoming popular. Just add it to chatgefox or allow payware. Simples. I have this app fully setup but the scanner wouldn't work, so I used my camera to scan the QR code and instead of taking me to the app or took me to a website to use my phone and email to get a single use code. Learn how to make these apps function like Chatgefox and EVIE networks or don't make them at all!

This app asks for personal, car and credit card information. Even the cars kms and rego. Personally, I find this level of information inappropriate. Users should be aware.
