The app is mostly inconvenient and honestly irritating to use, especially for residential parking. It frequently logs out when entering the residential parking area, and the parking system often fails to sync with the payment information. This causes access issues and unnecessary delays, sometimes even holding up other cars waiting in long queues. For an app that residents are expected to rely on daily, the stability and system synchronization really need serious improvement.

Dislike the fact that it is currently a qr to enter my parking lot instead of a card. It logs me out when I don't have line in the parking lot. It pauses whatever music I have playing on launch. It notifies me it wants notifications enabled even tho I chose the never options. Also, it would not even log me in because the server cannot be reached even if I have line sometimes. Overall, dislike the app. Bring back card tapping.

Just to park because of attending an event in Double Tree, I had to download the app, consented to its usage with my data, and also reload rm10 which is non-refundable. Why can't just use TnG instead.
