Their electricity rates are ridiculously priced, units don't last, and the App is down most of the time. I won't recommend this service to anyone.

Worst electricity servi e provider ever, there are always surprise charges that don't make sense. Their units get used up even when you are not at home. Basically a scam.

Very unreliable, especially when you need it most. Purchase transactions fail more often than they succeed. If you run out of units and top them up, the restoration time can vary wildly. Very high admin fees too.

When there is load shedding the units disappear when the lights come back on. Another thing is the inconsistency of the electricity charges. The units are getting lesser every month.
