Comments on iBKS Config Tool for Android

★★★★★ Sure enough battery is still running 3 years later. Great for product tracking, VERY HARD TO PROGRAM YOUR FIRST TIME took me 3 months to research and program.

★★★★★ Works fine. When using, make sure beacons are in configuration mode before trying to update.

★★☆☆☆ Does not work! Just purchased 5 102's and using my Nexus5 I cannot configure them. Pretty annoying, now I have to spend time on getting them to work.

★★☆☆☆ Very buggy, sometimes it doesn't even find any devices when there are at least 10 beacons in front the device. I ask support for info on reprogramming them without the app and was only redirected to this app.... need more work 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

★★☆☆☆ Customer service never gets back with you. Bought 3 beacons still not working. I purchased the ibks plus beacons.

★★☆☆☆ I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed the advertisement look so good buddy app sucks and a beacon is worse not working at all for me, it's not picking up the beacons it needs a password I don't know why and customer service sucks!!!!!!l!
