The problems with the correct Android version is ridiculous. I hzve Android 10. According to the ING message after blocking my ING mobile application I should have Android version 9 or higher. 10 is according to my mathematics higher than 9 but ING systems still block the use of the app and by this all my financial transactions. Customer concern of ING in this area is below ZERO!

The app stopped working. The message says I need to update my software to Android 9 or higher. I do have the latest version according to my phone, it says 9.1.0. No updates available. So I don't have the app anymore.

"This app is no longer compatible with your device" what on earth is going on?! The app claims this about an android 8 update so why when I have an Android 10 update is there still a problem ? Is this just some ploy to make us purchase new devices because it is inconvenient and unfair.
