The problems with the correct Android version is ridiculous. I hzve Android 10. According to the ING message after blocking my ING mobile application I should have Android version 9 or higher. 10 is according to my mathematics higher than 9 but ING systems still block the use of the app and by this all my financial transactions. Customer concern of ING in this area is below ZERO!

Super annoying to have to click away 2 or 3 inline ad banners for other products I don't care about, and that you can click "I'm not interested" on them hundreds of times, but you'll still get them every time you open the app. They're in the middle of the way, taking up half the screen space. Very pushy, user-unfriendly design. You already have me on a chain for 25 years through a mortgage, leave me alone.

The app stopped working. The message says I need to update my software to Android 9 or higher. I do have the latest version according to my phone, it says 9.1.0. No updates available. So I don't have the app anymore.
