Excellent Bank, I've been a customer for many years. Saving money on Gas Electrical and Water bills. And also has a great interest rate. I recommend this Bank to older people because I find it easier to use.

My only complaint is we would like to use their credit card services, so we can drop our CBA credit card, but we are as yet to be successful with the application 😃

The new app is a big step backwards in managing everyday banking. I have multiple accounts of the same type, and the overview now just shows "transfer to (account type)" without any indication which account or what the transaction description is. Plus the old app was upgraded to just display a "new app is coming" warning that I can't exit, so it's not a usable option anymore. If the old app isn't still available, or the new one fixed soon, I'll move all my banking after 10+ years with ING :/

The transaction history for each account doesn't show the overall account balance following each transaction. Bring back the old app!
