I will always give ING 5 stars best bank ever, as for the APP. You can nickname you account by selecting it and going to settings, I also think it would be cool if you could change the background environment color or theme whilst still keeping INGs trademark Orange. (That would be a first ING) The first page after logging in normally displays your name, there should be a welcoming message at the top that says, "welcome" and your name. It's not really that hard to navigate, I am impressed.

My only complaint is we would like to use their credit card services, so we can drop our CBA credit card, but we are as yet to be successful with the application 😃

Worse than the old app. Doesn't show a running balance for each transaction. I was expecting better

Much worse than old app. Ugly, hard to see transactions and one of my accounts missing. Luckily the very good old app is still working otherwise I'll be giving up on ING
