This app provides me with the information that I need, and it's easy to use. My issue is that, every time I log i, I receive multiple emails that say that my preferences were updated. This issue has been ongoing for 2 or 3 months, I think, and it's very annoying. Please fix it, Meridian.

Why do I have to keep enabling "Quick Peek"? It's a great banking app that I find easy to navigate. My only complaint is that it continually disables the quick peek function. This is an issue I have been experiencing for at least a year now and on two separate devices - both android (Samsung).

The app itself is alright I guess, compared to other banking apps barely compares. Also their rates aren't that good. I'd suggest trying koho, they actually give you cash back on your debit card and lots of other options like rounding up after each purchase and put into a savings. Meridians got none of that, and their saving account is trash also for their rates. Also koho gives cash back and discounts on literally HUNDREDS of stores, does meridian? NO, they also hold checks for 8 days koho 5-8

Ever since the most recent upgrade the app has been glitchy and continuously tries to load. I can't even log in. Quite frustrating when I need to get my banking done. Not impressed at all.

If the app worked, it would be fantastic. The issue seems to be that the web services backend at Meridian is bad and getting worse daily. I've begun transferring to another bank because the in-person service is terrible, and now I can't even rely on the app or website to load when I log in. Sometimes it's just really slow, and other times the login attempt times out and returns a generic error message. Useless.
