The best app I have ever use. I also love your ATMs, being able to deposit and withdrawal whenever I want is game changer. Also, the support is awesome, even after I closed my Romanian account, after reaching them for some documents I needed they come back the next day with them. This was really great interaction and they are very professional.

Updated: the app crashes have been fixed. The app crashes since last update. I did not review the crash, it is not fair to give 1 star because of one crash happening randomly. I would really prefer an actual android application, as I see now it is a mix of some native parts and web view wich is not really friendly. Indeed, it is still a good app, much better than its competitors.

Big problem with credit card repayment calculation. If you do another transaction that you pay in installments, after the day the bank statement for the month is released, the app calculates that you only need to repay a smaller amount and autocompletes that amount instead of the real one in the bank statement. To fully repay the amount in the bank statement and not be in debt, you need to do so manually. No one from ING support wants to recognize this issue, they gaslight you instead.

My app is crashing like 5-6 times when I'm trying to log in using the fingerprint method. It's so annoying. This problem happens also when I'm logging in using the password. The interesting part is that I can sign payments without any issue using fingerprint or password. The problem occurs only at log in. I would really appreciate it if someone from technical staff could solve this bug for me.

After last update, I am unable to use ING home bank app. I have a huawei nova 9 SE which does not have Android Google services nor IOS Google services. I am unable to download the app, and the browser for home bank does not exist anymore. Going to a 3rd part as GBox or Gspace was a solution until last update of the app which completely blocked access. You are about to hear from Customer Protection Instate for service abuse. You cannot force me to buy another mobile for your services.
