Dark mode please. Also, when approving a transfer/payment show the current balance of the account alongside the current information.

The app works well overall, but it really needs an English language option. Romania has many foreign residents and international customers who use local banking services but do not speak Romanian fluently. Adding the ability to switch the app interface to English would make it much more accessible and user-friendly. I hope the developers will consider adding English in a future update.

Really nice app, though sometimes a bit slow. It’s one of the best Romanian banking apps overall. Issues/suggestions: - Please add dark theme toggle setting in app. - Please add an option to pause and resume scheduled payments. Right now you can only change the day or delete them entirely. Ty.

Too old for a credit card? Disgraceful policy, ING. I still work every day, receive a pension, and have a healthy balance account. Never loaned money from any ING. When I requested a credit card on the app, it blocked me and told me to go to a branch office. Called customer service, they told me I can't apply for a credit card because I'm over 70 years. The 70+ restriction in the EU law is clear: a bank cannot issue blank refusal solely on an age without evaluating individual financial health.

Many times I cannot use it, maybe they have deployments of new version. Many hours, many days is not usable, moreover in the evening and in the weekend, I cannot make payments online to authorize them. I cannot see the name on the card in the app when trying to see the details.

Not reliable. In is not just an APP, is about BANKING. Errors should not be there. Update September 2026. Received replacement card. Cannot be activated in app. Take the car, go to the bank, find a parking space....... Just 2 days ago received from another bank, there were no problems. Ing still behind other...

My app is crashing like 5-6 times when I'm trying to log in using the fingerprint method. It's so annoying. This problem happens also when I'm logging in using the password. The interesting part is that I can sign payments without any issue using fingerprint or password. The problem occurs only at log in. I would really appreciate it if someone from technical staff could solve this bug for me.
