ING Business PRO, the new version of the application dedicated to entrepreneurs, will help you manage your company simply and quickly directly from your phone. It is designed to simplify your life and provide you with all the necessary tools to efficiently manage your business. Are you the sole user of the company and make payments in RON in Romania or SEPA payments? Then this application is perfect for you! If you have more complex needs, please be patient until we add the appropriate features for you and your company. Help us progress and leave feedback directly in the application, from Services, by answering the question "How did we do today". Your feedback is very important to us and helps us constantly improve the application. Currently unavailable functionalities in ING Business PRO (but available in ING Business): You cannot make payments with multiple signatures, single or double signature with defined limit, payments in other currencies except for SEPA payments, foreign exchange or RON cross-border. Payments with insufficient funds are rejected (without the possibility of having a pending signature for funds). You cannot save the payment to sign it later. You cannot liquidate deposits. You cannot view payment history documents You cannot sign saved payments in another component of the ING Business platform. How to access? Download the app Enter the userID and password you use in the ING Business platform. You will receive codes via SMS&email, to your registered data as an ING Business user. Set a PIN to acces & sign. Activate biometric recognition, if desired. This can be used as an alternative to PIN. You can change from Services anytime between PIN and biometric recognition. You can change the PIN in the application If you are a user of multiple companies, you will be asked for which one you want to activate the application and later you will be able to switch between them as needed. Features You have unlimited access to all your accounts, in the same window, with all their details and balances, whether you have current accounts, POS, savings accounts, loans or deposits, in RON or other currencies. If you have payments that have not yet been processed, you will see them pending in the respective account. Search or filter transactions made from the respective account, regardless of type or place where you made the transaction. Access your account statements(statements generated for a completed month), you can download them and then send them to accounting. Send your business partners your account details Search transactions or filter them in the list. Hide your account balances by activating the function from Services. Activate push notifications for entries and exits from your accounts. Profit of the discounts offered by ING partners in Products - Business Deals. Payments Payments are easy to make, with a simple form, to help you enter one type of information at a time. Make unlimited payments in RON in Romania, including instant, if it complies with Transfond rules. Transfers between your own accounts in RON. Payments in RON to the State Budget. See truncated data of your payment recipients, if the respective bank has adhered to this service. Payments in Euro within the European Economic Area. You can schedule payments to be executed in the future—either once or on a recurring basis—with the frequency you choose. Settings Change the application language between Romanian and English. By default, the application takes the device language. The application will be displayed in dark mode, if the phone has this type of theme selected. You can use an avatar. Communication Display device identification data and application version to make it easier to help you. Shortcut for calling customer relations, to directly call the line for legal entities. Send feedback whenever you want.

Another bad joke from ING Romania 🙄 As was the first version of ING Business. This one throws the user into the desktop webpage, that doesn't fit across the phone screen and doesn't rotate, so one has to pan right and left to access all the tabs in the window! The "newer version", instead of fixing the problem, makes ot worse: it blocks the pan, so some of the tabs become inaccessible!! Fortunately, I could reactivate access to the ING Business app while this one goes to the trash.

Had to uninstall it, because it was interfering with the Home Bank application when I had to top-up Revolut. It does give you the option to switch app, but it breaks once it reaches the Home Bank app. The annoying thing was that I was this close to adding to personal funds from a business account, but I was faster than my instincts. Still, horrible experience!
