Trustworthy I was forced to use it in circumstances without knowing if it was safe so for me, it is a strong banksecuritysystem which wouldn't be possible without device, provider and this website and backup. Sometimes a little thing might be life-saving. Who said it's all about the money? Yes, I admit it's very useful to use for set up a good life, and I admit I couldn't do without.

Since I got a response that seems my review was not clear: - first I like the bank, nothing so far bad to say about this is purely app. The chat app mainly is bad, it takes a loong time to load. It fails to load (multiple times). It does not always notify me of someone having answered. And by the time I see someone has they have left the chat, leaving me alone with a very incompetent chatbot that I have to yell for a human again to get help. Hopefully that was clear will update if chat fixed

I know that, but I also know there are people who are new in Belgium and don't speak the languages yet, and that belfius also allows orange card persons to be able to create an account. But using the app as a newcomer in Belgium is rough. Please consider adding the option for English. It is the most spoken language in the world.
