Trustworthy I was forced to use it in circumstances without knowing if it was safe so for me, it is a strong banksecuritysystem which wouldn't be possible without device, provider and this website and backup. Sometimes a little thing might be life-saving. Who said it's all about the money? Yes, I admit it's very useful to use for set up a good life, and I admit I couldn't do without.

Great app. Very user-friendly. Only negative point is that the app/home banking does not allow us to assign our own labels and comment to the account movements. It would be very handy to allow us to categorize each payment.

Every (obscene word) time I try to do something on this app, some feature is "temporarily unavailable." Logging in? Temporarily unavailable. Transferring money? Temporarily unavailable. Checking banking messages? Temporarily unavailable. How is it possible that the BANKING FEATURES of a BANKING APP are so often broken?

I know that, but I also know there are people who are new in Belgium and don't speak the languages yet, and that belfius also allows orange card persons to be able to create an account. But using the app as a newcomer in Belgium is rough. Please consider adding the option for English. It is the most spoken language in the world.

It's really weird that a bank as big as belfius doesn't provide an app version in English. Especially since most of the other banks in Belgium do.
