Trustworthy I was forced to use it in circumstances without knowing if it was safe so for me, it is a strong banksecuritysystem which wouldn't be possible without device, provider and this website and backup. Sometimes a little thing might be life-saving. Who said it's all about the money? Yes, I admit it's very useful to use for set up a good life, and I admit I couldn't do without.

All of a sudden it's no longer allowed to use this app if there are apps installed that don't come from the Play Store? What?

English language missing. That's a shame, given the demographics of Brussels (75% of the population has non-Belgian origins). Also, way too many ads make it look "scammy" although it is a bank account management app. Fantastic, now the app does not even work if you have another app installed not from Google Play, in stark contrast with EU regulations.

Since a recent update Belfius Mobile started (illegally?) scanning which other apps are installed on my phone and forwarded this to Belfius! A simple Linux connectivity app I've been using since long was flagged as a possible attack vector and the Belfius app was blocked, with only a cryptic error message about "unofficial app stores". At the helpdesk they told me which app they were not allowing ON MY OWN PHONE and told me to delete it. No excuses, no alternatives, no escalation, ...

I know that, but I also know there are people who are new in Belgium and don't speak the languages yet, and that belfius also allows orange card persons to be able to create an account. But using the app as a newcomer in Belgium is rough. Please consider adding the option for English. It is the most spoken language in the world.
