Very helpful staff, my flight was cancelled due to bad weather but the airline arranged everything... accommodation, transfer & food very efficiently . I have travelled with the so-called best airlines around the globe, but I think iceland airline should be called the best airline in the world keep it up iceland airlines 👍

My first and likely last time. Self check-in at AMS non-functional so everyone had to que at service desk. Service desk was not to open until 90 minutes prior to boarding an international flight. Airport staff did start early due to size of line. Paid $75 to check extra bag as luggage size on website was smaller than typical carrion. Then, my bag did not arrive, and they could not tell me for sure where it was. We'll see if I get it today. No complimentary drink other than water.

Tried multiple times to book a flight, and it consistently timed out at payment. We will use another airline and go elsewhere.

It's the second time the first boarding pass out of my two flights disappeared from the app, had to get a printed one from the desk. Basic functionality that is not working, makes the app pretty much useless.

Get Your Guide Integration Not Working. I've had issues with this since a year ago, but now its even worse. I've made a tour reservation, no idea if it will count toward my Saga Points. It never lets me Log In to my GYG account. Now it opens a browser, which never asks for my Saga number at payment. I don't recall this being this bad a year ago. I hope someone resolves it because I'm using your app to book, but unsure what's the point if I don't receive loyalty benefits.
