This is the worst app and the worst banking institution for GIC program for students in Canada. The app keeps on crashing, and I'm stuck on some customer identification verification from last 2 days. I need my GIC money and here I am stuck in this stupid app. I don't recommend ICICI BANK for students coming to Canada to open their account in this bank.

Worst banking standards especially when they know International students need favor in the starting days. Gic account in icici banks take more than 10 days to activate completely while other local banks do this within 10 minutes.

This app keeps on crashing on newer Android versions. And it forces me to use ICICI SPP website all the time. On older Android versions below 10.0, this app is always out of service. I just don't get this, if this app is this bad, then why ICICI Bank suggest GIC activation on this app instead of the Website. Worst Experience...
