This is the worst app and the worst banking institution for GIC program for students in Canada. The app keeps on crashing, and I'm stuck on some customer identification verification from last 2 days. I need my GIC money and here I am stuck in this stupid app. I don't recommend ICICI BANK for students coming to Canada to open their account in this bank.

Worst banking standards especially when they know International students need favor in the starting days. Gic account in icici banks take more than 10 days to activate completely while other local banks do this within 10 minutes.

GIC activation not done even after constantly communicating for 10 days. Nobody from help center is responding properly. No help from ICICI banking service
