I've used the app multiple times over multiple years on-boarding for temp roles and never had an issue. Fast an easy ID verification.

Reading the passport chip was a little touchy. I found opening my passport and scanning the book past my photo worked.

How could this be something that could work for a regular person having trouble verifying his emails.

Successfully uploaded my ID information. The reviews about the QR code not scanning are all old so presumably this has been fixed. Thank you to the ID Verify team for helping streamline the onboarding process.

This is a privacy violation when taking photos. When talking a picture, it only showed the frame (ID rectangle / face oval) and blacked out everything else, but the photo was actually taken with the blacked out portions.

I search the term "ID Verify" in the Google Play Store. ID Verify by Google does not show up in the results. I had to find it in a web browser and manually type the url to find it. Just why?

This app is terrible and does not scan QR code. I tried from different distances and different angles. Seems dead, need improvement.

Worst app, unable to scan the QR code. I now deleted the app, and I'm not able to download it once again. Please help.
