I frankly cannot thank you enough for making us French look good next to german engineering. After wasting 3 hours of my life because you don't know how to put your microphone next to your mouth, I can finally understand why Germany's birth rate is in such sharp decline, because nobody wants to be the first country to enact the Idiocracy movie. If your service cannot accept European IDs, then don't leave it as an option.

App took five times to identify German I'd. After finally scanning back side - it rejects the document as already expired. First - date of expiration is on the front side. If app was concerned with the date - what was the point to ask me to scan back side. Second - date of expiration is 2035. And now is 2026. And no, it is not one-time mistake. It failed this document four times.

The top bar, which is required for identification, does not work on Pixel phones (because it is not implemented correctly, it overlaps with the system bar). The personnel are incredibly rude. First, he thought he couldn't hear me, so he hung out automatically. Then, after identifying the passport, I told him that the message bar didn't work, and he just hung out without saying anything again. Good hiring process for absolute psychopaths.

AI powered verification doesn't work if you have beard rn and you don't on the ID. Opted for video call. I was waiting for 15 hours today and noone connected. This is nuts and should be illegal to release an app in such state.
