★★★★★ Mark Dunn · Sep 3, 2026

Easy to use, works first time. Video selfie works immediately.

★★★★★ Annabel · Dec 9, 2025

Been waiting for 20 minutes. doesn't let me use passport (only lets me use ID card which you don't have to have)

★★★★★ Chaomatic · Aug 15, 2026

I frankly cannot thank you enough for making us French look good next to german engineering. After wasting 3 hours of my life because you don't know how to put your microphone next to your mouth, I can finally understand why Germany's birth rate is in such sharp decline, because nobody wants to be the first country to enact the Idiocracy movie. If your service cannot accept European IDs, then don't leave it as an option.

★★★★☆ hab keinen · May 13, 2025

Easy to use, clear picture and sound. One star minus, on pixel the app is too big and stretched. Bottom and top button not reachable. Bottom can be fixed by switching to gesture navigation top not.

★☆☆☆☆ Jorge C. · May 15, 2025

The top bar, which is required for identification, does not work on Pixel phones (because it is not implemented correctly, it overlaps with the system bar). The personnel are incredibly rude. First, he thought he couldn't hear me, so he hung out automatically. Then, after identifying the passport, I told him that the message bar didn't work, and he just hung out without saying anything again. Good hiring process for absolute psychopaths.

★☆☆☆☆ Chugunov Victor · Aug 12, 2026

App took five times to identify German I'd. After finally scanning back side - it rejects the document as already expired. First - date of expiration is on the front side. If app was concerned with the date - what was the point to ask me to scan back side. Second - date of expiration is 2035. And now is 2026. And no, it is not one-time mistake. It failed this document four times.

★☆☆☆☆ Evander Gwilenhin · Jul 5, 2026

AI powered verification doesn't work if you have beard rn and you don't on the ID. Opted for video call. I was waiting for 15 hours today and noone connected. This is nuts and should be illegal to release an app in such state.
