I've signed up, and the payment has been taken. The app keeps giving me an error. I can't enter anything. How does anything get monitored?

Great app accept you cannot change and save ANY information. The app malfunctions and randomly closes. So you're now monitoring wrong information you won't let me change. How stupid is that....

I have been an associate for a couple of years... why advertise how amazing the ID Shield app is if you do not fix all the issues! Read these reviews... they are not the only people having these issues. My information logging on a web browser is correct. On the app it is incorrect! When I try to edit it via app, it closes the app. I also upgraded my account to the family plan... why won't it let me add my family's stuff? Please update the app soon!!
