Dear PITC Team, Kindly consider adding a bill reminder and notification feature in the IESCO Light App, similar to the functionality available in the SNGPL mobile application. With this enhancement: Consumers should receive an in-app notification when their electricity bill is generated. Reminder notifications should be sent if the bill remains unpaid. After successful payment, a confirmation message via SMS and email should be sent to the consumer for record and future reference.

Now, I want to change and add my own meter reference number. So, how can I delete this account and register new account?, because my CNIC already added.

1. Every time I open this app, it opens through Google Play store, with options of Uninstall and open. 2. unable to register complaint from 2 days 3. Unable to access load management schedule since 2 days 4. Needs much more improvement in respect of interface and outlook and further functionality.

This App is not working properly for last few months, the complaint part of the app does not seem to work, this load shedding part of the App is not updated, I am unable to check my billing details.
