This is the worst app ever! I've been trying to book an online appointment for the past one week, and the payment just doesn’t go through at all. And once you get logged out, it takes forever to log back in. The app is full of bugs and glitches — seriously, fix this app! It's a hospital app, not some random game — people depend on it for health services, and this is just pathetic!

This is one of the worst App. Such a big hospital and App is so bad that one cannot be able to book appointment. Confirm booking button coming so down that you cannot press easily and again after giving billing information otp will come for payment but app become full white. Where you will enter otp.don't know what the hell developer doing.
