Looking for a local ride-hailing app? Try ihail! It’s the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan Area’s smartest ride-hailing app that provides fast and reliable rides at the click of a button. Whether you’re going to/from MSP Airport or across the Twin Cities, ihail is here for you day and night.
All pricing is calculated upfront so the price you receive is the price you pay. Register your credit card and securely pay through your phone, pay with your account or transit number, or pay in the vehicle with cash or credit card.
Optionally select a vehicle type including Sedan, Minivan (up to 6 passengers), and Wheelchair Accessible.
Book your ride for now or later. If needed, select your return ride date and time. Not sure when you will be ready, then make your return ride a Will Call booking which allows you to activate the ride anytime on the date selected.
Optionally select a vehicle approaching notification of Text, Call, Email or all of the above. Track your vehicle in the app including real-time distance and ETA’s.
Go to My Bookings to see all current and future rides. Save bookings as favorites to be used within the app. You will get a receipt by email at the conclusion of your trip. Book your way, Pay your way, and Ride your way with ihail!

I use this to get to and from school, which isn't very helpful when rides are hours late or end up getting canceled half the time.

They did not show at my son's school, couldn't find my son or tell me where he was and Robin was completely rude without understanding that u lost my son ! She instead the driver was at the school but if u looked at the tracker he was not and just cancelled the ride I'm already in a woman's shelter and him having to use this service is nervous enough for me Robin is rude and ordered no help or explanation how would you like it if I lost your child bad customer service bad communication

They made me miss 3 appointments. When they don't come they don't even let you know. Only reason why I'm using them is because it's covered through with Medica. Don't book any rides because they don't have a GUARANTEE that their driver will be there. No point getting this app too! There's no point! I DON'T RECOMMEND anyone using their company Tplus Rides.
