Imali AI

Africa's smartest AI Business OS.

Your whole business, in one WhatsApp chat.

One AI agent runs sales, stock, staff, suppliers and double-entry books from a text, voice note or photo, in nine languages. A second agent answers your customers, and payments land in your own account.

Imali means money.

Records you own.

The Imali AI app
Your whole business on your phone, the same one you run on WhatsApp and the web: sales, stock, orders, invoices, customers, staff and books, working even with no signal.

What you can do
• Record a sale or an expense in seconds, by typing, by voice or from a receipt photo.
• Raise invoices and quotes on your own letterhead, and follow every sale from quote to paid.
• Take orders from your store page and WhatsApp, and move each one from accepted to packed, out with a rider and handed over.
• Answer your customers from one Messages inbox.
• See every customer payment in Money in: waiting, paid or refunded.
• Keep a credit book of who owes you, and know what is in stock.
• Run wages and payslips for your staff, and give your team the access each role needs.
• Keep your stokvel's contributions and payouts on record.
• Ask Imali AI about your own records in plain words and get the numbers.
• Keep working with no signal. Sales and expenses save on the phone and sync when you reconnect.
• Report any Imali AI reply that is wrong or harmful, from the Ask tab.
• Lock the app behind your fingerprint or face, and sign a lost phone out from any other.

Sign in without a password
Connect from your Imali AI WhatsApp chat with a six-digit code, or sign in with your Ebenworks account. Imali AI never asks you to make a password of its own.

What it asks for
Camera, only when you photograph a receipt, scan a product barcode at the till or check a document's QR code. Microphone, only when you tap the mic to say what you sold. Notifications, for your weekly summary and reminders. Refusing any of them leaves the rest of the app working. The app does not ask for your location, your contacts or your photo library.

Your data
Receipt photos, voice notes and questions are sent to Imali AI's servers to be read and answered. They are not used to train third-party AI models, and Imali AI does not sell your data. You can delete your account and records at any time: imali-ai.ebenworks.co/privacy and accounts.ebenworks.co/delete-account.

Imali AI is made by Ebenworks Systems (Private) Limited.

Recent changes:
Run the counter from your phone: ring up a sale, scan a barcode with the camera, take the payment and share the till slip. Ask Imali AI shows each step as it works on your answer. Also new in the app: notifications, broadcasts, bank statements, your assistant's settings for customer chats, a pay link on invoices, the status of online payments into your own account, document checks by QR code, stock costing, the store directory and your store's own domain.
