I see a lot of reviews complaining about instability, but the new updates since mid 2023 have really improved stability, made navigating the schedule easier, and cleaned up incident management. The app works very well for what we need it for (70% waking me up if I am needed, 30% doing things I could do on the website anyway). Check it out again if you tried it in 2022 and found it hard to use!

When I try to sign in through SSO, it redirects me to my personal email and says that email doesn't have permission. Nowhere does it have option to use a different email. Really?? Also, can't pause my schedule through phone app

Whenever I checked schedule, it keeps refreshing within seconds, and one second shows first week then I scroll it showed last week, nect second again first week and again 2nd week. Same with incident page, when move to side page it shows screen of first page

Upon receiving alert I am not able to open app without clearing everything and login again Web app and alerting are fine but mobile app is critical as well
