Description
The goal of this app is to make journal entries of health symptoms as quick and efficient as possible. There are many apps to record symptoms, but I created this because all of them took too much of my time. This takes me seconds per day for 21 symptoms. My allergist was pleased by the insight from the patterns in the graphs.
This app does 4 things: simple daily entry of symptoms; graphs of the past 4 weeks of each symptom to view or show; sharing of graphs and data through Dropbox and email; showing correlations and predictions among symptoms. It does nothin else, is as simple as possible.
Define all your own symptoms to track, up to 180 symptoms (I hope not!). Define several (up to 6) segments of the day to track separately.
No cost, no ads, comments button to send me suggestions.
Recent changes: Required technical upgrade. Removed error logging. No data saved external to the app except if user uses the Dropbox option (their own private Dropbox).

This app is awesome for tracking symptoms in a quick easy manner. I have
Psoriasis Arthritis and have tried at least 10 trackers and this is the
only one that covered everything I needed with a UI that is very easy on my
hands. David the developer is amazing and super responsive. I sent him 5
ideas to improve the app and he instituted 3 of the 5 over the weekend. He
responds very quickly to bugs when reported and is also a cool dude! 10/10,
5 stars and a high five.

Just download this app to see if it fits my needs for tracking. I cannot
give an accurate evaluation just yet. I mainly downloaded this one because
it is brand new, and I may be able to offer some suggestions as I begin
using it daily. Over thinking, I would like to do is talk the weather as it
is one of my triggers. I am doing this manually but have to write in the
notes that the actual weather is as it doesn't really fit into a scale or
just yes or no. The only other way I can see doing the weather is by adding
specific values such as humid, rainy, etc... so far I like it; however,
time will tell if there is more I should like to see.

Good options, but ate my data 3 times! The app is easy to customize, which is what I was looking for, and the developers responded early on to a problem I had with button placement. Great! However, after a few weeks of tracking, my data simply disappeared. I wrote to the development team: no response. Months later, I tried again, this time taking screenshots just in case. Another day of data disappeared. The app is useless if it's not reliable. Update: app lost all of my data again. I'm done.
