It's so wonderful this service exists, and the range is better than any of the others serving my library. But it's buggy as hell - best range and worst user experience by big margins. Examples: jealously won't work if you're using any other apps, including having maps run on your locked screen, logging you out often, freezing even more often, needs you to keep the screen active but not touch anything while downloading books or loose all the progress, some books just straight up not working.

Good selection of books but app is not good, it freezes when reading and listening to books and not able to borrow audiobooks on hold

Randomly stops playing audiobooks, and you have to exit the app and restart. Very annoying particularly when driving as you can't restart

It is shame the app is so bad as it has so many great books on offer. It is almost impossible to listen to an audiobook, it freezes and glitches out so much it makes listening to any book a very frustrating experience.
