I use the app on my Sous Vide 200. The only issue I am having is I cannot update and change the pictures for the recipes. I download JPG and PNG files and save them. But the program gives me an error message when it is finished updating the pictures. It will change the pictures from the default directory. But not from the camera or albums function. Is there a method to move pictures to the default directory from the albums?

I have the Ink Bird ITH-13-B and I have 3 suggestions for the Ink Bird app. 1. The time and date in black text on the dark background has poor readability that needs improvement. 2. The temperature and Humidity graphs preferably to be displayed on a single screen display, i.e., similar to the Govee app. Please look into it. 3. When zooming in and out of the graph, all the temperature, humidity, dew point and VPD graphs need to simultaneously work together and not do it on the individual graphs.

App SUCKS!! I had an Anova sous vide for 7 yrs the app was spectacular--their recent choice to make that a pay-to-play option along w my sous vide needing replacement had me try the Ink bird. This App is actually horrible-zero functionality if I want anything besides the 10 basic recipes. Tried to add a custom recipe and it won't let me update the photo; There should be an option to set it to "Stay at temp" when done -- I may not necessarily be home or ready to prepare the next stage of the meal.

Just purchased the INT-14-BW. Have the app installed on both phone and tablet. Neither device can find nor connect to the base. All needed permissions are granted. It's also a little absurd that it only supports routers with a 2.4Ghz channel. Even if I COULD get it to connect, I would be limited to the Bluetooth function anyway. I've also noticed that the calibration is off by as much as 5°.

Highly unreliable and disconnects frequently. Followed their FAQ and support, and it won't help the issue. Not much value in a wireless thermo pen for an 8-hour cook when it disconnects in 5-10 minutes. Buy wired or buy something else
