InkDone - Task Manager

InkDone is a to-do list that looks like your own notebook: hand-drawn lines, handwriting fonts and dot-grid paper. When a task is done, you strike it through in ink.

InkDone is free on your phone, with every feature below and no time limit. The free version shows one small ad for another of our own apps at the bottom of the screen. InkDone Plus syncs your phones and removes the ad: $1.99 a month or $9.99 a year (prices in your currency in Google Play). Cancel anytime in Google Play.

Everything you need, nothing you don't:
- Lists for every part of your life, with Starred and Upcoming views across all of them
- Notes, subtasks, and dates with a time
- Deadlines, with a reminder the day before; passed dates turn red
- Repeating tasks: daily, weekly, monthly or yearly
- Reminders with quick actions: Mark completed, In 1 hour, Tomorrow
- An optional morning summary of what's due
- Voice notes, as in WhatsApp: hold the mic to record, slide to cancel, slide up to lock; play them in the task at 1x, 1.5x or 2x
- Photos, PDFs and any other file attached to a task
- An archive for deleted tasks, and Add to calendar in one tap
- Long-press to drag tasks into your own order, or sort by date or deadline
- Light and dark themes, four paper textures (dots, lines, grid, plain)
- 27 languages

Your phones, in sync (InkDone Plus)
There's no account to make and no password. Install InkDone on another phone with the same Google account, tap Restore purchases, and your lists, files and voice notes follow you. Changes show up on your other phones in a second.

Works offline
Your tasks live on your phone and work without a connection; with Plus they sync when you're back online.

Your data is yours
Export every task as Excel, CSV, JSON or Markdown at any time, with or without Plus. No account and no tracking: the free version's ad is our own, and choosing it sends nothing about you. Your lists are stored on your phone and, with Plus, on our server for syncing, tied only to your Google Play purchase. Delete account in Settings erases the synced copy.
