This app sucks, I have dealt with people in jail for years and have used different apps to contact those people. Inmate Canteen is the worst I've used. It let me on there to find the person I was looking for, I added money was able to text this person twice, now my accounts out of funds and it won't let me back on there to add money to my account. You people really need to get it together, if not then step out of this type of business, because it's not fair for those that has to depend on this app

Too much confusion on how to deposit money or where also the text message bar whenever you're sending messages is covered by your ad which I'm sure is not a mistake on the app I can only video call and send text messages not audio call but on the website I have to go there to spend money through the canteen or to send it to my inmate it's a joke I can't wait for my brother to get out of jail
